都・千代田区といった行政はもちろんのこと、土地所有者であるJR東日本、さらに“大手町”、“丸の内”、“有楽町”の企業・団体等で構成されている大丸有エリアマネジメント協議会などが参加し、幅広い観点から検討・整備を進めたそうです。
