1. 現状の分析
材質の選定について： 除雪プーリおよびモータ駆動ギアに採用されている硬質プラスチック自体は、ゴムベルトとの摩擦熱に対する耐性を備えており、材質上の問題はない。
構造的な脆弱性： 上記パーツを固定・支持するベース部分に軟質プラスチックが使用されており、保持剛性が著しく不足している。除雪プーリにかかる負荷荷重を考慮すると、現在の構造は設計上の許容範囲を超えていると考えられる。
2. 発生している不具合
初期アライメントの不良： 軟質プラスチックの精度不足により、初期状態でプーリと駆動ギアが水平（平行）に保たれていない。
熱と荷重による塑性変形： 駆動モータギアには除雪プーリの約3倍の荷重が加わる。連続運転（約30秒程度）に伴う摩擦熱と高負荷により、支持部の軟質プラスチックが弾性限界を超え、復元力を喪失する。
