東京都が、「家庭におけるLED省エネムーブメント促進事業※」のLED電球交換開始日を決定。
※都内の地域家電店等において、自宅で使用している白熱電球2個以上を持参した都民に対して、LED電球1個との無償交換及び省エネアドバイスを実施だと

都指定の家電店で、白熱電球２個以上（口金が「Ｅ２６」サイズの電球を含むことが条件）をＬＥＤ電球１個と交換。
交換は１人１回限りで、白熱電球は都が回収。
複数回の交換などの不正を防ぐため、交換時には身分証明書の提示を求めるらしい。
交換はＬＥＤ電球がなくなり次第終了。
In the designated household appliance shop, 2 or more incandescent bulbs (condition that the baseball includes “E26” size bulb) was replaced with one LED bulb.
