かつて所蔵していたが略奪された」と主張する韓国の寺が韓国政府を相手取り、仏像を引き渡すよう求めた訴訟で、大田地方裁判所は26日、韓国の寺の所有権を認め、仏像を引き渡すよう命じる判決を下した。

大田（韓国中部）地裁は判決で「仏像は贈与や売買など正常な方法ではなく、盗難や略奪で（対馬市の観音寺に）運ばれたとみるのが妥当だ」
「仏像は浮石寺の所有と十分に推定できる」と判断。
