埼玉県戸田市の住宅で、海外から国内のインターネット回線に接続できる中継サーバーを国に無届けで設置した電気通信事業法違反の疑い。
警察によりますと、去年6月に千葉県で起きた不正送金事件の捜査から、容疑者が管理する中継サーバーが浮上しました。
容疑者は「知らない人から仕事を受けた」と容疑を認めています。
中国など海外の約1600のIPアドレスからこのサーバーを使って不正アクセスしていて、中国人らがサイバー犯罪に悪用していたらしい。
