原因を調べてみてようやくわかった。
そもそもシャフトボルトが、6.5mm　実寸6.4mm
本体7mm
コレットナットが7mm
真鍮製のチャックを入れて
締め付けができるはずも無く自爆でした。

After investigating the cause, I finally found out.
In the first place, the shaft bolt is 6.5mm actual size 6.4mm
Body 7mm
Collet nut is 7mm
Put in the brass chuck
It couldn’t be tightened and it was a self-destruction.

海外製品でも、コレットM6.5は存在していない。
せいぜいこれぐらい
BOSCH 1/4 コレットナット 6.35mmφ
0.05足りない。
ただし、長さや形状で合うかどうかは疑問。

問い合わせで結果
通常についていた、コレットナットだが、どうも本体についていたコレットナットを利用するのが
正解と言う事でした。
未だに納得いかななったのですが、その仕様の様です。

微妙に違う右がフレックスシャフトで真鍮製コレットチャックを利用できるコレットナットです。
左は、真鍮製コレットチャックを装着できません。
使用しなければ、フレックスシャフトで締まります。
知識不足だったようです。
