このようなメールは、ウィルスメール付迷惑メールです。
情報を寄せられた方によると、情報を公開すると幼稚に送ってくるそうです。
あほ以前の問題ですが、outlockなどのメールソフトであれば受信側も幼稚になるでしょう。
警告は、開くか開かないかです。内容を精査しません。
ウィルスソフトも後手ですので普通に開いて実行します。
windows10は、デフォルトでmicrosoft純正の解凍ツールで同じように実行されますキャッシュにウィルスを保存します。
7zのようなzip内封の自動実行をされない解凍ソフトを利用してください。
内容をフォルダに展開でき何をしたいのかわかります。
尚、フォルダもファイルが表示しない拡張子もありますので、基本的には解凍しない方がいいです。
防ぐのであれば、送信先IPもしくはIPのセグメントにリジェクトの設定をお勧めします。
拒否だと相手は、別な方法を思考します、相手にリスクを負わせることができません。
それなりのリスクと費用を、負わせる場合は、何の問題のない受信をします。
受信後、破棄します＝無視ということです。
