信州小諸から女子アナウンサーが中継中、突如浅間山の火口付近から怪しげな黒い物体が飛び出してくる。
なんと黒い物体の正体は悪の集団で女子アナウンサーがさらわれてしまう。
　のどかな小諸市を荒らしていく悪の集団。
予期もしない緊急事態。市長のもとに一報が入る。
小諸を守るべく悪の集団に立ち向かったのはなんと、小諸市のゆるきゃら（地産地消推進キャラクター）「こもろん」であった。
大丈夫か？こもろん？
悪の集団は、小諸の特産品を口にすると、良心が戻り小諸に良い物がたくさんあると気づく。
なぜか市長がくたくたに…。ラストに待ち構える、おどろきの結末とは！？
