常に、コメントは確認しているのですが、海外からの問い合わせは、若干のプロセスを要する。

要は、スパマーの有無を確認しないと大変なことになる。

基本的にスパマーとですね。
しかし、海外では返答に返信しないと失礼になるので
ここで注意ですが、システム上このコメントを承認をしてから、返信ですよね。
仕方なく返信は、絶対ダメです。
コメントや継承リンクに拡散の恐れのある内容や記述があるので承認はせず、@ホストだけ記述して自コメントを送信ー承認させます。
メール全ても入れてもダメですね。
