変速ギアのワイヤーが切れる。

修理の方法はいたって簡単、変速ギアに繋がっているワイヤーを確認。
その先端であろうところに、shimanoは必ずこのようなキャップ（赤丸）が付いている。
※自分は分解してようやく構造を理解。
組み立てに時間がかかってしまった。

分解はしないほうがいい。
レバーの機構バネが特殊で、金属プレートとバネの絶妙なバランスを復元するには少々時間がかかった。
10年も経っていればABSの部分が割れていたりする。
割れていても、構造を保っているのは素晴らしい。
It is better not to disassemble.
The spring mechanism spring of the lever was special, it took a while to restore the exquisite balance between the metal plate and the spring.

このキャップを外すと、丁度ワイヤーの頭の先端が見える。
自分は、出口付近で切れたのでガックシだけど、切れたワイヤーを押し出すようにするとこのキャップからワイヤーがでてくる。
後は、そこに、2mほどのワイヤーを入れていく、構造上少々当たるが、ワイヤーが笹暮無い様に注意して、無理に入れること無く、ゆっくり入れると先がでてくるのでそれを、変速ギアまで持っていけば終わり。
Remove this cap, you can see the tip of the wire’s head exactly.
I got cut near the exit, so shocked, if you try to extrude a broken wire, wire comes out from this cap.
After that, I will put in the wire about 2 m,

2段式のレバーだったので、上部が、変速レバーで、下段がリリースレバーでした。
リリースレバーは、何も繋がっていないので回るだけ
気にするのは、変速レバーを、トップギア―に合わせる。
変速機(リアディレイラー)のギアは、当然一番外周になるはずなので、トップギアと変則ギアの上部から、直線になるようになところにワイヤーを締め付ける。

Because it was a two-stage lever,

Since the gear of the transmission will naturally be the most outer circumference,
From the top of the top gear and the irregular gear, tighten the wire to a place that is straight.

遊びは、1cmは許容は有ると思う。
私は調整をしなくてよかった
For play, I think that there is allowance for 1 cm.
