史実でもまったくないのだが、中国系の団体などが設置した「慰安婦像」の寄贈を受け入れる決議案を全会一致で可決
文化に特化した食の都に対して
大阪府大阪市と、米国カリフォルニア州のサンフランシスコ市
の姉妹都市
半世紀物間に蓄積された60周年に
終わりました。
大阪市は昭和32年のサンフランシスコ（アメリカ）を初めでした。

文化の姉妹であるから故に、
今まで”サンフランシスコ”の”イメージダウン”にならないように大阪市民は努力していた。
アメリカはすでに、中国、韓国に新たな道を選びました。
