児童虐待の通報や相談を受け付ける「児童相談所（児相）全国共通ダイヤル」１８９番について、
今まで、従来のシステムは固定電話からだったために、携帯電話からだと２分ほどかかるらしく
改修しながら運用していたが、30秒ほどしか短縮できなかったらしい。
思い切ってシステムを大規模改修し、コールセンターを設置して30秒ほど居住地所轄の児相に転送できるらしい。
今秋にも運用を始めるらしいよ。
